DELETE DATA POLICY
You have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal data.
Once the data will be removed or erased it will delete from our database also and there is no option to recover it.
If the data will be misused after the deletion of your personal data from the database Toyk is not responsible for it.

Data Protection:
-- The Company shall ensure that personal data is stored securely using modern software that is kept up to date.
-- Access to personal data shall be limited to personnel who need access and appropriate security should be in place to avoid unauthorised sharing of information.
-- When personal data is deleted this should be done safely such that the data is irrecoverable.
-- The company is using measures such as password protection or encryption or restricting access to personal data.
Followings are the steps to Delete your account.
1. Firstly, You have to login into your account.
2. After Login, In Header Click on "My Account" option.
3. Then Click on "My Profile" on Sidebar.
4. On Bottom of the "My Profile" Page, you can see the option to "Delete Account", Click on "Delete Account".
5. Then Click on "Delete" to Delete your account.
